What We Offer



Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who joins CrossFit Winter Park is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular CFWP classes. We also want to stress the importance of safety and how to prevent injury before you join the regular workouts.




CrossFit can be defined as “constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity”. Sounds complicated, but in all honesty it’s simple and has been proven to work. CrossFit is designed for everyone. It is scalable and modifiable, making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience.



Personal Training

Personal Training is an option if you are looking for a more individualized approach and want to work with one of our trainers in a one-on-one or small group setting. We also have a Hybrid Membership option that combines CrossFit classes with private training sessions and consultations with your personal coach.

Our trainers are experienced in all areas of fitness, so your personal training session is not limited to CrossFit. We can help you with sport specific training, injury prevention, technique refinement, rehabilitation, nutrition, and anything else that may be specific to your needs and goals.



CrossFit Kids

The goal of our CrossFit Kids class is to create a FUN fitness environment while still incorporating the fundamental methodologies of CrossFit. When a child learns how to move his or her body properly and safely, the benefits will continue throughout adulthood. Our CrossFit Kids program can improve a child’s coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and so much more. The program also benefits both competitive and recreational athletes leading to enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids and teens.

It’s not only about the workouts; nutrition plays an integral role in helping you reach your fitness, health and wellness goals.
