Membership Cancellation Request

1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.

2. As per your membership agreement, any changes need to be made in writing to [email protected] by the 27th of the month. “If CLIENT provides notice of termination on or before the 27th day of any month that this Agreement is in effect, then termination will become effective on the last day of the month that notice is given. If CLIENT provides notice of termination after the 27th day of any month that this Agreement is in effect, then termination will become effective on the last day of the month that follows the month during which notice of termination was given.”

3. If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, please email [email protected] by the 27th of the month in order to make changes to the next month. (see #2 for date requirements)

4. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, you can email us directly at [email protected] or complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Note that if you are submitting after the 27th of the month, your payment will be processed as scheduled and your cancellation will be effective for the following month. All payments are non-refundable.
