Step 1
Free Intro

No stress, no commitment. Tell us about yourself and your goals, and learn about who we are, what we do and how we can help. Get a little workout in and meet with a coach to answer questions and get a program recommendation that fits your fitness levels and goals.

Step 2
Prepare with On-Ramp

All athletes who are new to CrossFit begin by working with one of our coaches in two, 1-hour sessions called On Ramp. We will review technique, proper movement patterns, safety, and terminology which helps build confidence and prepares you for our regular classes. We spend this time with you to establish a strong foundation and set you on a path to success!

Step 3
Join Group Classes and Community

Once you are finished with On Ramp, you are ready to begin your CrossFit journey. Our class sizes are kept small, to ensure that you get a world class fitness experience with your coach in every single workout.

Experienced CrossFitter

If you have previously trained at another certified CrossFit Affiliate and are looking to join CrossFit Winter Park, please contact us to get started.
