We offer a free trial workout on Saturdays at 10am for anyone that would like to get a taste for what it’s all about. They will be fun, dynamic and challenging workouts that are designed for beginners AND experienced athletes at the same time. The workout will give you a sense of what to expect if you choose to join CFWP. You can sign up for the free trial here.
We are happy to sit down with you to discuss your personal goals and explain how we can help you achieve the results you are looking for though fitness and nutrition.
Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who joins CrossFit Winter Park is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular CFWP classes. We also want to stress the importance of safety and how to prevent injury before you join the regular workouts. These are our Fundamentals classes and the total cost is $100. Fundamentals 1 is offered on Tuesdays at 6:30pm and Fundamentals 2 is offered on Wednesdays at 6:30pm. You can sign up here.
If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained at another certified location, you may be eligible for CrossFit Winter Park’s Test-Out option. We offer a private session with one of our trainers to review your fitness level and knowledge of CrossFit. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements, you may wish to consider this Test-Out opportunity. There is no cost for this session. Please call or email us to set up a time.

The very first thing you will discover is that CrossFit does not discriminate. Whether you are 50 years old, or have just completed your 50th marathon, are recovering from injury or healing a broken heart, whether walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, or you’re someone training for the Iditarod…CrossFit will help you achieve your fitness goals.
One of the things that makes CrossFit so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, CEOs, members of the armed services, firefighters, you name it. CrossFit bodies – our bodies – come in every imaginable size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day, are designed for anyone to do them.
“Scalability” is a word that you will hear frequently here at CrossFit Winter Park. During each class, everyone does the same workout, but that workout will always have several scaling options. This makes it possible for all of us – with our different body types, personal goals and levels of ability – to work alongside one another safely. We motivate one another, cheer one another on, and sometimes participate in some healthy competition. But, ultimately, every workout is yours alone. Your workout = your pace.
If you are an experienced CrossFitter who would like to join CrossFit Winter Park, great! We are thrilled to welcome you. New members, regardless of fitness level, must participate in our Fundamentals classes. But if you have been training at other CrossFit gyms in Orlando or elsewhere, you may be able to Test-Out of Fundamentals and join right away. In the Test-Out we ask you to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements to make sure you are safe and able to jump into our regular WODs. There is no cost for this session.
