All athletes who are new to CrossFit begin by working with one of our coaches in two, 1-hour sessions called On Ramp. We will review technique, proper movement patterns, safety, and terminology which helps build confidence and prepares you for our regular classes. We spend this time with you to establish a strong foundation and set you on a path to success!
Once you are finished with On Ramp, you are ready to begin your CrossFit journey. Our class sizes are kept small, to ensure that you get a world class fitness experience with your coach in every single workout.

Differing slightly from our CrossFit programming, Bootcamp incorporates HIIT style training in both our indoor and outdoor locations.
Once you've filled out the form, you will have to option to take a free trial class of our CrossFit or Bootcamp programs.
