When Darrin walked through our doors 5 months ago, he was ready to make some big changes. He knew it was time to focus on his health and wellness, but also knew it would take a lot of hard work and dedication. In just a handful of months, Darrin has gone from not being able to finish his first free trial class to deadlifting over 300lbs and losing over 30lbs.
