As a two-person team, Row 250/200m with partner in the following hold:
– Double Dumbbell Overhead Hold
– Wall Sit
– Double Dumbbell Front Rack Hold
– Slow Tempo Split Squats
– Handstand Hold or Plank Hold
– Bottom of Squat Hold
