Gymnastics:

2 sets

Free Handstand Marching x 20 reps or Wall-Facing Handstand Marching x 20 reps or Shoulder Taps x 20

Back-To-Wall Donkey Kicks x 12 reps (hands turned outward)

Single Leg Thigh Taps x 20 reps or Single Leg Thigh Taps on Box x 20 reps

Strength:

Take 15min to build to a heavy Push Press
