Conditioning: If you are focused on the Open workout tomorrow, then today should be total active recovery. Good blood flow and stretching/mobilizing. Nothing too strenuous for the central nervous system.

20 Russian Kettlebell Swings

15 Leg Raises Anchored to Kettlebell

20 Sumo Deadlift with Kettlebell

15-20 Nose to Wall Handstand Marching Steps or Plank Shoulder Taps

20min Stroke Rate Row
