This is a 20min rowing piece divided into the following times:
Start with 4min at a stroke rate of 24, then 3min at 26, then 2min at 28 then 1min at 30. Then at the 10min mark, drop back to 4min at 26, 3min at 28, 2min at 30, and 1 min at 32.
