Handstand Holds


For those of you signed up for The Open- today should be an active recovery day. Take it at 70% and make sure you feel ready to go tomorrow. Option 2 is a good way to get a sweat and some blood flow without stressing the central nervous system.

Option 1-

As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible in 18min of:

400m Run, Row, Ski or 24/18 Bike

20 Ball Slams

20 Russian Twists with ball

20 Med Ball Clean with slam ball

10 Inverted Burpee to Handstand (or wall)

Option 2-

20min Stroke Rate Row
