Barbell Warm-up

Olympic Lifting:

Every 2min x 12min 3 Position Snatch

Conditioning:

As Many Rounds and Reps As Possible in 10min of:

4 Power Clean & Jerk

6 Toes to Bar

8 Push-up

10 Air Squat

Finish:

Accumulate 60 Elbow Jacks followed by

2 sets of 40sec Hang Sequence
