Growing up, I never found a team sport I enjoyed. I never thought being “physical activity” was my thing. But in high school I began exploring new hobbies like skateboarding, jiu-jitsu, and breakdancing; I fell in love with movement! Eventually I found strength & conditioning, then CrossFit. While learning the CrossFit methodology I began helping friends with their goals and eventually started coaching. I fell in love with helping people create better versions of themselves through fitness and decided to make it my career.
