Memorial Day Murph or Morrison

Reminder that we have one class at 9:30am. Please sign up and reserve a spot.
You have the option of Murph or Morrison.
You can do the whole thing, tackle half or find a partner and split it. Either way, it will be a fun and tough workout. If you have a vest, feel free to wear it. And please hydrate!

“Morrison”

50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:
Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Box jump, 24 inch box
Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood

“Murph”

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
