Against a 4 Minute Clock: As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible of:
3 Power Cleans*
6 Push-Ups
9 Toes to Bar
12 Air Squats
Rest 60sec between sets and repeat for THREE total sets. Pick up where you left off.
Rx+ Round 1: 185/125lbs Round 2: 155/105lbs Round 3: 135/95lbs
Rx Round 1: 155/105lbs Round 2: 135/95lbs Round 3: 115/85lbs
Rx or not, every must reduce the weight on the barbell each set.
