200m run then Barbell warm-up

1) EMOM x 8  Hang power clean + clean  (touch and go, no re-grip at floor)

2) Clean pulls 5×5

3) Back squat 5×40%, 5×50%, 3×60%, 3×75%, 3×80%, 3 or more x 85%

4) Mobility- focus on areas that you need
