WOD:
200m Pinch Plate Carry (25/15)
Then, 3rds of:
6 Ring Dips
8 Power Snatch (95/65) *keep it light and fast
10 Front Rack Lunge (total) (95/65)
Then,
200m Pinch Plate Carry*
*Must be pinching both plates to advance. One in each hand.
*Might want to try some Liquid Grip for this one!
