Barbell Warm-up

Olympic Lifting:

Using a 25min clock-

Take 10min to build to 80% of your Front Squat from the rack.

Then, take 15 minutes to build to today’s heavy of the following:
1 Deadlift + 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Clean

The complex must be UNBROKEN to count. So, make sure those cleans (from the floor) are touch and go. Use that hook grip!

Conditioning:

1000m Run

30 Deadlifts with your final weight in the complex

15 Front Squats with 50% of that weight
