2 person team
4 sets each 250/200m Row
3 sets each KB Farmer’s Carry
3 sets each 10 Ball Slam
4 sets each 200m Run
3 sets each Double KB Front Rack Walk
Then together, 2 sets of:
45sec Plank on Left
Rest 15sec
45sec Plank on Right
Rest 15sec
60sec Plank
Rest 60sec
