Finish:
2 sets of Clean Pull x 2 at 10+lbs more than your last clean
Conditioning:
As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible in 9min of:
3,3,6,6,9,9 etc.. of:
Power Cleans 135/95
Front Squats
*Complete 9 Chest to Bar Pull-ups after each couplet
*Options with pull-ups/115-75 and jumping PU/95/65
