Warm-up

Strength:

Every 2min x 6min Shoulder Press x 6 reps @75-80%

You can increase across the 3 sets

Conditioning:

This is a chance to work on some technical skills like strict handstand push-ups and double-unders.

2 person “team-ish” Both people working at same time. Pick a bike or a rower for the “team”.

Partner A bikes or rows for 2min while Partner B works on the triplet. Every 2min, switch. Only count your own rounds and reps of the triplet and pick up where you left off on the last one.

6 total rounds = 24min of work

2 Minute Bike or Row @ Zone 2 Pace

Immediately followed by…

As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible in 2min of:

6 Strict Handstand Push-ups

10 V-ups

16 Double-unders
