Barbell Warm-up

Olympic Lifting:

Every 2min x 12min

Sets 1-3: High Hang Clean + Mid-Thigh Clean

Sets 4-6: Mid-Thigh Clean + Clean

Conditioning:

Rx or not you must have a weight increase every 3 rounds.

As Many Rounds and Reps as Possible in 7min of:
3 Clean and Jerks (95/65lbs)
3 Toes to Bar
5 Clean and Jerks
5 Toes to Bar
7 Clean and Jerks
7 Toes to Bar
3 Clean and Jerks (115/75lbs)
3 Toes to Bar
5 Clean and Jerks
5 Toes to Bar
7 Clean and Jerks
7 Toes to Bar
3 Clean and Jerks (135/95lbs)
3 Toes to Bar
5 Clean and Jerks
5 Toes to Bar
7 Clean and Jerks
7 Toes to Bar
*If you make it past the 135/95lbs bar, increase the weight to 155/105lbs and continue the pattern.

*One round = 3,3 Two Rounds = 3,3,5,5 etc…
