I was born and raised in Miami, Florida where I grew up skateboarding and playing basketball. I’ve always enjoyed being active and being outdoors. At age 10, I had hip surgery and was advised against strenuous physical activity. But I was and still am, determined to get stronger and defy the odds. I am a forever student and I love that fitness and health provides a constant space for learning and growing.
