I am originally from Washington State, though my life and career have allowed me to travel and live all over the United States. I have played sports my entire life and spent most of my childhood as a competitive dancer. I have been a professional dancer, Musical theater performer, teacher, and choreographer for the last 10+ years. My favorite role so far has been Liz aka “Pop” in the Musical “Chicago”.
My love of fitness has always been part of who I am, but I truly found my passion when I had my first injury in 2013. My dance career up to this point had not included strength training or any injury prevention work at all. This injury led me to want to help other athletes and performers remain injury free and feeling good in their bodies for years to come.
I have spent the last 10 years diving into all aspects of mobility, recovery, meditation, injury prevention, nutrition and anything that can help people stay healthy longer. I found CrossFit three years ago and felt like I found exactly what I had been looking for. I am passionate about helping people feel good in their movement, enjoy their daily lives, and challenge their mental and physical strength. I am very excited to continue to learn and grow alongside the CrossFit Winter Park staff and share my passion with this community.
