Growing up in a musical household, sports and regular consistent exercise were not something I was familiar with until I was tired of being the “bigger” gal. I decided to learn about proper nutrition and exercise habits to not just lose fat, but keep it off. Once I embarked on my own fitness journey and realized how much it impacted not just my physical health, but my mental and emotional well-being, I decided I wanted to help others do the same. I became a CPT when I was in nursing school and switched educational paths once I realized my passion for coaching, fitness and nutrition. I’m thankful to be part of a community that I get to share my passions with.
