Most of us have similar, overall goals in regard to our health and wellness- feel strong, live a long time, look good in a bathing suit, be able to play with our kids when we are older and so on.
Our regular CrossFit classes are the perfect way to get into shape, stay in shape and enjoy a healthy life. But some of us may have further individualized goals or needs that require a little more attention and time.
Personal Training:
- 30 or 60 minute sessions.
- Single sessions or packages of 5 and 10
Hybrid Membership:
- Unlimited CrossFit classes and access to open gym hours
- Plus 4 personal training sessions a month with your assigned coach

- Dial in nutrition
- Fix technical issues
- Learn new skills
- Work on weaknesses
- Personalize your programming
If you are already a member of CFWP and are looking to refine your skills or improve in a specific area, adding some personal training sessions or bumping up to a Hybrid membership could get you over that hump or take you to the next level.
If you are thinking about joining us at CFWP, but might be a little worried about jumping into group classes right away, then a package of personal training sessions could be a great way to get started.
Both of these options will tailor your training on a more individualized basis. You can focus on weaknesses as well as hone in your strengths.
