Barbell Warm-up

Oly:
Every 90sec for 9 sets
Weight should be increasing over the course of 9 sets. Start around 60%.
Sets 1-3 High Hang Snatch + Hang Snatch
Sets 4-6 Hang Snatch + Snatch
Sets 7-9 Snatch

WOD:
3rds for total time
10 Strict Pull-up (Rx+ 5 MU)
10 Front Squat (Rx 135/95 Rx+ 185/125)
100m Sprint
Rest 60 sec
