1- Bulgarian Split Squats* x 8 reps left leg @2111

2- Straight Arm Banded Lat Pulldowns x 20 reps

3- Bulgarian Split Squats* x 8 reps right leg @2111

4- Hand Release Push-ups x 15 reps

*Dumbbell farmer’s hold. But only add weight if you can control the reps at the prescribed tempo.
