We’re teaming up with FitLiving Eats for a fun, hands-on cooking class focused on eating clean, whole foods made from natural ingredients. πŸ‘©‍🍳 What to Expect: Learn how to cook (then eat) this simple, nutrient-packed meal: Chicken Parmesan with low-carb noodles (two ways!), orange-balsamic Brussels sprouts, and a delicious double chocolate pumpkin brownie with ice cream. The whole menu will be gluten and dairy free to show you how to cook delicious foods with alternative flours and non-dairy substitutes.
